ANALYSING DATA FOR TARGET AUDIENCE RELATING TO MY FILM

Image
Film 1: Gone Baby Gone From the votes casted, we can see from this film that overall more men enjoyed this film especially from the category 18-29. This is probably due to the attractive female character involved in the film which is why this film is predominantly voted for by men and more importantly the young age. Film 2 : Taken  This film is totally dominated by male voters due to the film including a lot of attractive women especially a sex trafficking scene in the film but also the involvement of car chases and gun and knife crime violence making the whole film more enjoyable Film 3: The Purge  From this chart we can see that due to this film not including an attractive female characters the male votes have dropped whereas the females have increased but not dramatically and this film suits more of the younger viewer more because of the shear brutality  and violence throughout the whole film Overall What i have learnt then from these films is t

MOOD BOARD

Image
This mood board has been created to present different aspects of our idea that we are using to create our film. For example it has news reports and uber apps to relate to the modern world and of what the normal human being would use to get around.it also included pictures from films relating to murders and kidnapping of young innocent girls that have been out drinking with friends and having a good time which can be seen from above some of the other photos state

SIMILAR FILMS THAT HAVE INFLUENCED ME

Image
Film Influences My idea of film may not have been chosen for the final product due to its complexity but there are many films on the market which have influenced my idea and how I came up with it   The human centipede influenced me due to the character involved in this films. The doctor who creates the centipede is someone who is mentally sick and has a crazy obsession a bit like my male character who has a crazy addiction of beating up young innocent women and burying them alive to rot and fester and gets kick and thrill out of it. Furthermore the shear horror and brutality in which the way the actions are done is what influenced me for a crazy sick film.  Finally the second film that influenced me was the call which also inolves a torture scene in an underground basement however this time the killer is found by two women who decide to lock the killer in the underground secret basement to get a taste of his own medicine and die alone and alive in a small confined space

NEWS ARTICLES RELATING TO OUR FILM

Cops fear killer taxi driver murdered another FOUR women THE killer of clubber Sian O’Callaghan could have murdered four more women. 2 By  Nigel Pauley   /   Published  2nd June 2014 1. This article influenced not my own personal idea but as a group to come up with a good story line due to an innocent female who enters a taxi and with out knowing is about to get murdered. we thought that due to todays society and the stories you here in the news about taxi drivers and UBER incidents we thought this idea of a movie could teach young females and males about getting into unlicensed taxis Woman savaged and buried alive by bear 'saving her for next meal' speaks for first time 12:51, 16 JUN 2015 UPDATED  13:57, 16 JUN 2015 BY   WILL STEWART WARNING: GRAPHIC PHOTOS: Vicious bear began tearing the woman's legs apart before dragging her away, covered in blood         597 SHARES

PREZI FOR THRILLER FILM

6 FEET UNDER FEEDBACK

FEEDBACK FROM 6 FEET UNDER POWER POINT NEGATIVES Bar/ restaurant is a problem as we need to ask if we are able to film outside it Digging the hole will be hard as we cant dig a random hole in a field as it is classed as illegal Will be hard to do it as I will be dark with no street lights and we cant film with no light on the characters as it is impossible to see POSITIVES Really well thought idea with big ambitions and a great story line as well as having the idea well planned out however the film is just to hard to make due to the number of restrictions

DIFFERENT TYPES OF TITTLE SEQUENCES USED IN FILMS

A tittle sequence must include the following things: . The name of the film . An understanding of the tone/atmosphere of the film . Narrative infomation . Introdice some/all the charcters  . A sense of the film genre . Actors names . Establish the location The discrete tittle sequence Its like a mini film before the film and helps to get the audience in the mood of the film but not tell you what the film is about. It can give you an ida of the tone and the genre of the movie. A discrete opening sequence also is often animated and includeds a lot of editing work For example The girl with the dragon tatoo or James Bond movies Traditional In this type if tittle sequence, films use sound and font to create the mood of the film. In a tradtional tittle sequence the credits will start at the beggining of the film and at the same time we see the action for example the movie Drive Straight into the film A film that goes straight into the story a
