HOW OUR PROPS FIT INTO OUR SUB GENRE GROUP OF OUR FILM

Props

Our sub genre for our thriller film is comes under psychological and the props we will be using are the following: Car, bottled water, leather gloves, a shovel and a fake id card. furthermore we will use some fluid or solid to add to the water to make it seemed poisoned but this will probably be decided on the day of the shoot

Image result for nissan noteThe motor vehicle in which we will use to film most of our movie with will be a Nissan note which is car that some Uber drivers actually use so it will suggest to the audience that this film is like a real life scenario

In addition we will be using bottled water which during the part where the girl enters the taxi, the driver will put something that is deemed poisonous to give the girl the major side effects so he able to complete his task of being a psychopathy

We will also be using leather gloves for the taxi driver so he doesn't leave his finger print behind on the car or shovel which shows he well thought out his plan and that hes a professional and that he has done this type of crime before








Lastly we will be using a fake ID card for the driver to have as he would of been stalking this girl from the past and would of taken her ID  card so when he picks her up from the club a quick check of the card will be needed to make sure he has the right victim.Image result for fake id

Recent Movies such as taken,hostage and Pain and Gain all have similar  story lines locations in which the victim has been kidnapped which is outside a club or major event they were attending

This is why we have gone for the black and white style to give them that authentic image. We have gone for this type of theme throughout all our products including the music video and the digipak. We wanted the star image to come across on the website showing they are a simple band who just want to produce good music for their fans. As well as not having abstract colours to draw in fans as we focused on the music side of our band to increase our fanbase.  Our front page is different to many other bands website similar to ours. We wanted a big bold photo of our band to draw the attention of the audience to the band so they become more recognisable and well known. SHOOT DAY

On the first Morning of shooting, were we very lucky to have nice bright blue sky weather, however due to the strong sunlight the filming was effecting due to the number of shadows created by people and camera equipment but on a whole I think we managed it well. Furthermore, the ability to use a drone to film some birds eye shots was another bonus as it added another dimension towards our movie and the viewers perspective. Unexpectedly when filming  we did however come across a problem which was the ride of the vehicle uses in the filming. Due to hard suspension some film was jigging about and quite bumpy which did effect our progress but does mean we have to work extra harder to make the film look professional and get the best features in to add to the 'horror' themed effect.
